2019 – what a cracker of a year!! So many beautiful weddings all over Cornwall, Devon, throughout the UK, and it also saw us document a wedding in Sicily. We are so, so incredibly lucky, and grateful to photograph weddings as our job. I say it every year, but I think it’s important to be filled with gratitude for the things you love in life.
Keith and I always look forward to this time of year, it’s a time to reflect and go through the wonderful weddings we’ve photographed. These are not necessarily our best photos from 2019, but photos that we are drawn to for different reasons – it’s either the moment, light, or simply frames that just grabbed us whilst putting this collection together. We started with around 600 images, and managed to somehow narrow it down to 170 or so. It’s always a very hard, but nonetheless such an enjoyable task – absolutely love it! I would have put them all in, I’m incredibly attached to all of them, but it would have taken you a very loooong time to scroll through ;)
As well as primarily being Cornwall wedding photographers, we travel all over Devon and the UK. This year saw us go back to some of our favourite venues in Cornwall and Devon, such as the amazing Lusty Glaze, Polhawn Fort, The Horn of Plenty, Hotel Endsleigh, Watergate Bay, Croyde Bay, Pamflete House, Langdon Court and some new wedding venues such as Cornish Tipi Weddings, The Rockpool, Gwithian, Crasken Eco Centre, St Audries Park in Somerset, Notley Abbey in Buckinghamshire, Millbridge Court in Surrey, Kingston Estate in Devon, and a beautiful destination wedding at Castello Xirumi in Sicily.
A heartfelt THANK YOU to all the amazing couples who invited us to share their special day with us in 2019. Thank you for making us feel so welcome, it was an absolute honour to photograph your weddings:) It fills us with such joy when we get such incredible comments, reviews and thank you cards! You are all amazing!!
If you’ve invited us to capture your wedding in 2020, we cannot wait!! Hope you enjoy this small selection of images from 2019. And here you can see some of our favourite photos from previous years. Miles of smiles from us both :)
