One way to describe my journey to becoming a photographer is that one thing led to another.

I am incredibly fortunate to be able to do document other people’s stories :)
Back in 2006, I completed a BA (Hons) in Photography & Design, achieving a First Class Degree. Whilst freelancing as a graphic designer, I also worked as a model, which is when I developed an interest in beauty and fashion retouching, mainly to improve my portfolio. It started as a hobby, but quickly turned into an obsession. My graphic design and modelling background proved useful, as I believe skilful editing is an art form in its own right.
Photography followed shortly after, whilst assisting my hubby, brilliant Cornish wedding photographer, Keith Riley (www.keithriley.co.uk) on a wedding in Tuscany, Italy – and that was it – I was hooked. Now, I love photographing people in love, always striving to capture that perfect moment… I have the most romantic job in the world, and it makes me smile every day :)
My work is also frequently featured in one of the best UK bridal magazines, Wed Magazine. Examples of my bridal fashion work can be viewed here.
If you have any questions about your wedding photography, engagement shoot, portrait or fashion photography, feel free to get in touch, I would love to hear from you.
My name is Abi. Some people also call me Neda, that’s my Macedonian name, which is where I was born and spent most of my childhood. I am a mummy to Koby (read about my journey into parenthood here), and I am incredibly fortunate to be able to do document other people’s stories :)
I am a Fearless Award Winning Wedding Photographer based in Cornwall and I absolutely love what I do! I have also been named as one of the ’15 Best Wedding Photographers in the UK’ by Brides Magazine – an incredible honour!
One way to describe my journey to becoming a photographer is that one thing led to another. Unlike some other photographers, I wasn’t given a camera at a very young age and did not express interest in taking photos, although alongside my younger sister I was the subject of countless photographs that our dad took of us throughout our childhood.
He had great skill in capturing the natural, candid, and now very significant moments, which in retrospect I think have influenced my style today.
