I’ve been meaning to blog Lizzy and Toby’s wedding in Shropshire for a while now, as it was a day that will remain in our memories for a very long time! We first met Lizzy and Toby at Beth and Tom’s Langdon Court Wedding (Toby is Beth’s brother), which I can’t believe was three years ago!
What can I say about these guys – they are just beautiful people inside and out, and Keith and I loved travelling up to Shropshire to capture their day. Their wedding took place at Holy Trinity Church in Shrewsbury, followed by the reception at the family barn in Shropshire, which they decorated themselves. It was just the perfect place for a rainy day wedding. This didn’t faze Lizzy and Toby whatsoever, and we were just mesmerised by the love from all their family and friends. Everyone pulled together to make this day happen, and it was the most perfect day! We always say to our couples, it’s people that make weddings, and rain never spoils the day – in fact it makes for great rain wedding photos! :)
It was so lovely to receive this email from Lizzy and Toby upon receiving their images:
“We just wanted to let you know that we are so pleased with our photos, they are absolutely beautiful. You have truly captured every aspect of the day. We kept saying I hope there is a photo of this and that and every time there was one! Our memory stick arrived yesterday so we have been showing them off to our family ever since :) We hope you are both well, and I hope we meet again at some point in the future. Hopefully if we recommend you guys enough you’ll be photographing the next family member to get married!”
